Quiet sleeping time and being next to a park /inside the park. Well communicated and fancy hood (The neighborhood is one of the most expensinve areas in London). The beds had courtains and they offered lockers at a convenience price. I saw some other comments talking about safety and I was a bit concerned, however this wqs completely not my experience. My advice is to not arrive the first day at night, so you get to know the area. Is a hostel for sleeping in a quiet place and therefore not close to party places. Its cheap price may attract people of all shorts, but that happens in many (if not all) hostels. My advice for women is to book a only women room and arrive the first day in daylight to know the area. One has to cross a little path between trees but I did not felt unsafe at all. On top of that, there was opera shows in the part until 11 pm therefore there was people later than usual in the park (park closes at 9.30 pm). Toilets and lockers were super clean in my room, and corridors too.

Reviewed many times in the past. Nothing has changed. A beautiful property in a beautiful location of west London. An outstanding & reasonably priced place to stay & get around from. It is quiet & peaceful with close proximity to Holland Park for walking. Shops are nearby(10 mins walk) at either Holland park or Kensington High street. Public transport also at both locations for access to London & Nationally from Paddington station incl heathrow airport by Heathrow express or Elizabeth line. I would not hesitate to recommend it. Staff are friendly & helpful & recognise frequent visitors.

I've stayed here countless times. It's one of the best hostels in London. I love walking through Holland Park. Last I checked, this hostel had a low rating. Chances are these ratings are from people who just love to complain, or they have unrealistic expectations of a hostel. The only annoying thing is that people in the dorm sometimes keep the lights on and chat after 11pm. The hostel should just switch all dorm lights off at 11pm, because it's not fair to people who trying to get some sleep before they wake up early. On one night, we had someone walk in and switch the light on at 1:30am.

Very well located, the hostal is inside Holland Park and if you exit the park, you'll get to Kensington High Street, where you'll find everything you need: Boots, McDonalds, Zara, H&M, Underground Station and many Bus stops. What I enjoyed the most was the silence of the area. It's quiet and all you hear is the birds chirping in the morning. The hostal has a beautiful reception with a pool table, a ping pong table. It also has a huge garden with fountains and it's pretty awesome.

This is the 2nd time that I've stayed in the hostel - great location in quiet Holland Park (closest tube station is High Street Kensington, circle - yellow - and district - green - line). Very close to the Design Museum. The hostel was perfectly clean. The dorm had triple bunks with curtains all around the bed for privacy. Bed was comfortable and the en suite shower had good hot water. Would happily stay there again
